The Foscarini Tropico collection of lighting, inspired by the earth's parallels, explores modularity as part of its personality. A tubular diffuser supports a system of rings, held together by lozenge shaped elements made of thermoplastic resin. Despite coming in four standard versions - sphere, vertical, bell, and ellipse - Tropico offers endless possibilities to customize through different ring diameters, four different plastic element shapes in two different colour options - clear or ivory - , and a choice of two coloured filters for the diffuser - violet or orange.
