Shipping Information

Our shipping rates are based on a percentage of your net order and your location.

Zone 1: 10% Ontario

Zone 2: 12% Quebec, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta

Zone 3: 13%  New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island

Zone 4: 14% Labrador, Newfoundland, British Columbia

Zone 5: 25% Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Yukon

We use Canada Post or UPS. Delivery is to your front door and does not include unpacking, assembly, or removal of packing materials. Please note that if your delivery destination is an apartment or multi-unit building, the order will be delivered to the entrance of the building, and not to your apartment door.

We try to deliver your purchase to you as quickly as possible. If the item you have purchased is in stock, we will try our very best to ship it within 3-10 business days. However, because we want to offer you a wide selection, we do not keep an inventory of all items listed. For items that are not currently in stock, the shipping time may be longer. We will contact you within 48 hours of your purchase with an estimate of when your item will ship. To help you track your purchase, once your item has been shipped we will provide you with a tracking number.

Your security is important to us. To ensure that it’s you making the purchase, we will only ship to the billing address associated with the credit card used for the purchase. To make sure you receive your purchase, we will require a signature upon delivery and will not leave your package if no one is home. If you are unable to be at home when your item is delivered, it will be transferred to the nearest UPS store or Post Office for pick up.

Please note that currently our shipping is limited to Canada and we do not deliver to PO Box addresses.

Cancellation policy

Made a purchase and changed your mind? We will happily accept cancellations for orders that have not yet shipped. However, if an item has shipped, we will be unable to cancel the order.
