In this configuration, nine, slim, solid wood drawers are hand-fitted and set on top of each other, accommodating the small and wonderful objects of everyday life. It is available with or without the pedestal. Inspired by the craft and precision inherent in Japanese design, George Nelson designed these storage chests in 1952.
